Ordering

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This e-mail is automatically generated by our database without manual supervision.

At present we only dispatch orders within the EU through this shop. However, don’t hesitate to contact us in case you are interested in ordering products to countries outside the EU.

For customers under 18 years of age, permission from their legal guardian is required.

Prices

All prices are in Euro (EUR) or in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT.

We offer free shipping to private persons ordering within Sweden when purchasing for more than 500 SEK. For deliveries abroad, a shipping fee is always charged. We reserve the right to alter our prices without previous notification.

Delivery Period
Deliveries are normally made within 2-3 working days for domestic orders and a few more days within the EU.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by Postnord or Fraktus (DHL/UPS). Orders with a weight less than 2 kg are delivered as letters. Orders more than 2 kg of weight are delivered as parcels (this applies to both domestic and international orders).

Bulkey deliveries will be delivered to the closest pick-up location. When the parcel has arrived, you will receive a dispatch note either by mail or by text message.

In case you have not picked up your package in time or if a carrier returns a parcel as undeliverable due to an undeliverable address, we will charge you a fee corresponding to the actual costs for freight, service and handling charge of 250 SEK (approx. 27 Euro). Parcels that have not been picked up are not included in the consumer's Right of Withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal
As a private person, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. In case you wish to return your product, the return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Please return your items in appropriate wrapping, so that they reach us in the original condition as dispatched by us.

Complaint
If it would turn out that the products you have received have any substantial defects, you have the right to make a complaint. In this case, the purchase price will be refunded in full, including the cost of returning the products to us. For the complaint to be valid, we ask you to contact us before returning your items. We will then send you a return form, which should be enclosed when returning your goods.

Privacy Policy
All personal information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential by us and will not be disclosed to a third party. By placing an order at our website, you accept that we store and use your personal details in order to fulfil our obligations towards you. We do not store any credit card information.

Typographical Errors etc.
Yogameditationshop.com cannot be responsible for typographical errors.

Force Majeure
In case of circumstances beyond our control, Yogameditationshop.com reserves the right to cancel its obligations. This is valid in situations such as strike, war, national emergency, sabotage, natural disasters, abnormal recession in the market, national governmental actions, if the company has been subject to criminal activity, major accidents and blockade.
