Refund policy
Right of complaint
A two-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship, but does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the product. Complaints must be made within two months of discovering the defect or fault.
The independent institution Skandinavisk Yoga og meditationsskole does not cover return costs, but will gladly send a new item free of charge.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our web shop.
The period is calculated from the day the item is received.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the date of cancellation, you as a customer must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation.
Notification must be given by email to kbh@yoga.dk.
In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it with the return shipment.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in a way other than described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must therefore do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.
